1) Monthly subscription (auto-renews monthly)

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time with up to 1 month’s notice (so cancelling less than 1 month before the next renewal may still result in the next month being charged and shipped).

If you started online, you can cancel online (via your customer account/portal if available) or by emailing info@holytoe.com.
2) Annual subscription (12-month fixed term)
When you choose an annual subscription, you enter into a fixed 12-month term. During this fixed term, the subscription continues until the end of the 12 months (unless the law provides otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing).
You can choose one of two payment options:
A) Annual subscription — prepaid (pay upfront)

You pay the full 12 months upfront.

If you cancel during the fixed term, the subscription will end at the end of the 12-month term.

Refunds for early cancellation during the fixed term are generally not available, unless there is a legal reason (for example, we materially fail to deliver) or we agree otherwise.
B) Annual subscription — pay monthly (12-month commitment)

You pay monthly, but you agree to a 12-month commitment.

If you cancel during the fixed term, the subscription will end at the end of the 12-month term, and any remaining instalments for the agreed 12 months may still be due, unless there is a legal reason to end earlier.
3) Cancelling before the end of your annual term (to prevent renewal)
If you want your annual subscription to stop after the first 12 months, you must cancel at least 1 month before your renewal/end date.
4) After the first 12 months
After the initial 12-month term, your subscription continues as monthly cancellable, and you can cancel at any time with up to 1 month’s notice, unless you explicitly agree to a new fixed term.
5) How to cancel
You can cancel:

via your customer account/portal (if available), or

by email: info@holytoe.com (include your name and order/subscription number).
6) Short note on EU/EEA withdrawal & hygiene
EU/EEA consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions.
Because socks are a hygiene product, if the hygiene seal is broken/unsealed after delivery, returns/withdrawal for that item are not possible (except for defective or incorrect items).
